Fives is a French industrial engineering group with more than 200 years of history, designing and manufacturing machines, process equipment, and production lines for major industrial sectors worldwide. At Modex, North America’s largest supply chain and material handling event, Fives needed a presence that could do two things at once: give their team a functional space for serious business conversations above the noise of the show floor, and stop attendees in their tracks long enough to make those conversations happen.
Downing Displays designed a double-deck exhibit with a private meeting level above, freeing the upper deck for focused client discussions away from the activity below. On the main floor, a large LED video wall drew attention from a distance, while a dedicated product demonstration area let the Fives team show their mobile robot technology in action, moving, operating, and proving its capabilities live in front of prospects. A dramatically large-scale sphere anchored the design as both a structural statement and a visual representation of Fives’ global industrial reach, drawing attendees in from across the aisles.
