Science Meets Sophistication for Maximum Trade Show Engagement
Bay State Milling is a family-owned company that provides flour and grain products for bakers, and food manufacturers and operators. Their goals at the International Baking Industry Exhibition (IBIE) included allowing attendees to sample finished products and providing a way for them to learn more about the sourcing and milling processes behind their innovative ingredient solutions.
Downing Displays designed a booth with soft colors and warm wood flooring to evoke a feeling of old-world ancient grain meets modern science. The exhibit included an interactive touch screen application with easy-to-navigate content that provided an inside look behind the company and its processes. All literature was available digitally through the touch screen application — cutting down on wasted print materials and providing insights into what ingredient solutions attendees were most interested in. Downing Displays also incorporated two stainless steel tasting tables to warm and serve finished products on-site.
