Downing Displays combines more than 60 years of exhibit design and fabrication experience with event production planning capabilities that most exhibit houses do not offer. Because we work on both sides of the show floor (designing and building exhibits for exhibitors and producing shows for organizers) we understand how installation and dismantle decisions affect everyone in the building, not just the organizer’s timeline.

General contractor services are delivered through Sho-Link GSC, a national cooperative network to which Downing Displays has belonged for more than 10 years. That membership provides access to vetted labor, established venue relationships, and production infrastructure across major U.S. convention markets, including the Las Vegas Convention Center, McCormick Place in Chicago, and the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

Trade Show Management

Event General Contractor Services (GSC)

Show-floor infrastructure, exhibitor services, and operational systems executed through Sho-Link GSC. Exhibit Hall Logistics and Operations
